We’re so sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our Customer Care team by clicking HERE with your order number and pictures of the following: the shipping label on the outside of your box, and a picture of the products you did receive. Please note that all order issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We’ll get YOUR order sent out ASAP!

If your credit card was declined when you first tried to place your order, you’ll see a pending transaction in your account. Don’t fret! We do not capture funds for declined transactions, and this charge will automatically drop off your statement within a few business days.

Unfortunately, we do not offer samples at this time. Because every person reacts differently to CBD, it can sometimes take several days of repeated use before the effects of CBD are noticed, so incorporate CBD into your routine for the best results. Many others may feel relief right away.

While some things last forever, our discount codes do not. All discount codes will come with an expiration date at the time that they are issued, so that you can plan your shopping date accordingly!

Please keep in mind that discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be live on our site at the time that your order is placed.  

We recommend copying and pasting your exact code into the coupon box to apply your discount, and ensuring that there aren't any extra spaces. Keep in mind that promo codes cannot be combined, nor can they be applied towards shipping unless it is already included in the offer.

4F Wellness CBD oil can be used to help promote a sense of calm and support the management of normal day-to-day stress. Our products may also be able to support focus and help maintain normal emotional balance. Our products are not designed to treat, cure, or diagnose any form of anxiety disorders, mental health conditions, or other medical ailments.

We strongly advise you to consult your physician before using any 4F CBD product.

Our CBD products may promote relaxation and a calming effect, however CBD can be different for everyone. Please consult with a physician if you have questions on the effects of CBD.

CBD, or cannabidiol, is one of over 80 cannabinoid compounds found in the cannabis/hemp plant. It is a completely natural, plant-based compound that is non-toxic, non-psychoactive, and does not produce a so-called “high.” 

Many customers wonder if they would fail a drug test. 4F CBD is broad-spectrum, it will have only legal amounts of non-detectable, non-intoxicating levels of THC. The current federal restriction is that THC content must be less than .03%.

No. CBD is not intoxicating. THC is the compound that causes a high and all 4F Wellness products have less than the federally legal limit of 0.3% THC. Our broad-spectrum CBD complies with all federal FDA regulations. 

Administer the dose once a day and take notes of how you are responding. Monitor the signs and symptoms over a few days to weeks' time. Make adjustments based on your response. It can some people several days for the effects of CBD to be noticed, so incorporate it into your daily routine for the best results!

Our CBD oil was originally designed to be administered sublingually under the tongue for at least 30 seconds. We know that most people find the taste of CBD to be off-putting, which is why we expertly fused our CBD with natural peppermint extract for a cool, refreshing taste--and because it goes great with other foods! Many CBD users report having incorporated CBD into their routine by stirring their dose into consumables such as milkshakes, smoothies, tea and coffee. 

Ask yourself this; once you decide to eat healthy, do you have to continue eating healthy in order to gain the benefits from the nutrients and vitamins found in that food? The answer is yes. This is a lifestyle change and like all other lifestyle changes, they must be consistent in order to achieve the best results.

Returns & Refunds

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time before your funds return to you.

Unfortunately, we do not and we will deduct the cost of shipping from your return.

Sometimes, time in transit can be a little rough. If your order is damaged or wrong in any way upon arrival, please contact us right away! Customer satisfaction is our top priority, so let us know at so that we can make it right. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any promotions for orders placed outside of the promotional time frame as this would be unfair to the rest of our customers. We’re so sorry for any inconvenience, and appreciate your understanding!


We ship to all 50 states in the United States and worldwide.

While we offer expedited shipping at checkout, expedited shipping is currently extremely expensive with all mail carriers. We also offer free standard shipping and an faster shipping method for an extra free at checkout.

Available Shipping Speeds:

  • USPS First Class - 5 to 7 business days.
  • USPS Priority - 2 to 3 business days.
  • USPS Express - 1 to 2 business days.

As soon as your order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number. We may split your order into several boxes or bags, depending on the order size. 

Sorry about that! Sometimes, the carrier takes a few business days to register and update your shipment status.

Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:  

  • There may be delays between the scanning events and the website's updates. Once we have shipped the item, the tracking status will take a few days to be updated by the shipping carrier. Therefore, please hold on for a few more days and try again later. 
  • The package may not be scanned until it reaches the regional hub near the destination.  
  • There may not be any updates available when the package is in transit. The tracking information should pick up again once your packages reaches your local area. The delivery time frame is valid regardless of the tracking information's availability online.

To best help you, please wait 48 hours before reaching out if your package is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it yet. Sometimes, the carriers will prematurely update the status! If your tracking number isn’t working, please reach out to us and we will get to the bottom of it.

  • USPS First Class - 5 to 7 business days.

We send you your receipt and order details immediately after you place your order, and we strive to fulfill orders right away (same or next day). Unfortunately, once your order has been handed over to the mail carrier for shipping, we cannot guarantee the change of shipping address from our end. Please contact us right away at
